NZ Playhouse

This morning we got to see a show instead of having assembly. The children were hooked from the beginning. NZ Playhouse have been performing for schools for a very long time and are very professional.

Hawke Cup Cricket

We have had a lovely time today with Room 11. We had our lunch at Mrs Cummings, cooking our sausages on a primus and had some hot chips.

We watched the cricket before and after lunch. We couldn't tell where Mr Adams was fielding.

The highlight for most of the children was the ride in Myrtle.

Thank you to the parents who were able to come with us and help.

Welcome to 2016

The first week is over and we are all settling into new routines and getting to know one another. It was a very good week. Everyone has worked hard,despite the heat which has been very trying! We are doing some fitness activities first thing in the morning before it gets too hot. I have added some pictures of the students at the different activities. these will change regularly.

We have also been bouncing and catching a tennis ball with one hand and doing step ups outside the classroom.
